Defective products under warranty may be repaired or replaced with new spare parts.
Refurbished parts may be used to repair the products. Replacement of the product or a part does not extend or restart the Warranty Term.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, fair wear and tear, wrong voltage installation, acts of nature, or if tampered with, in any attempt to self repair/through unauthorized agent.
Warranty Certificate or Invoice must be presented to the authorized ZERO Service Centre, with full customer details.
If the unit is out of warranty period, or the Warranty Certificate/Invoice is omitted by customer, or the customer is unable to prove the Warranty Certificate/Invoice, a Service Charge of RM80.00 will be charged to customer upon the request for service and/or maintenance, exclusive of other charges such as the cost of spare parts and accessories.
Servicing at home of customer is only available for a specific range of products such as massage chair, massage sofa, treadmill, gym set, V Trac, and exercise bike only.
The Warranty only covers a product which:-
Is purchased from authorized dealers.
Manufactured for domestic and personal use in Malaysia and Singapore only.
Included at the time of purchase the manufacturer’s complete and original warranty valid in Malaysia and Singapore.
this Warranty does not provide Coverage for:-
Appearance or structural items, such as housing, case or frame, decorative parts or parts designated to be replaced periodically during the life of the product, add-on items, accessories or attachments, external wiring and cabling, battery chargers, racks, bins, knobs, handles, antennas, remote control.
Problems or defects caused by unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, operation or maintenance instructions. Damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel is not covered. Unauthorized repair or replacement of covered products shall result in the cancellation of this Warranty.
Problems or defects due to lack of maintenance as required by the manufacturer.
Any problems or defects not covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
Damage by fire, theft, burglary, accident, neglect, misuse, or abuse. Acts of god including but not limited to earthquake, storm or tempest (wind), sand, water, floor, rising water, lightning, malicious damage, aircraft, vehicle impact, corrosion, battery leakage, power outages or surges, inadequate or improper voltage, or current, animal or insect infestation.
Consequential losses of any kind and transportation damage are excluded.
4.0 FOR REPAIRS
Within the manufacturer’s Warranty - Contact the Manufacturer or the authorised repairer directly.
After manufacturer’s Warranty - Contact 1300-800-600 the Manufacturer during office hours for repair authorization. Repair MUST only be carried by an authorized repair centre.
5.0 LENGTH OF REPAIR
The repair would normally take up to 14 working days.
However, in the case which spare parts are out of stocks, the repair might need up to 90 working days.
6.0 DELIVERY TO SINGAPORE
Invoice in single receipt which the amount is below RM2,000, a transport fee of RM150.00 will be charged for the delivery.
Delivery to Singapore will take approximately 10 working days to process.
All Gym Sets are not able to deliver to Singapore.
The order is not cancelable or voidable once client has agreed and paid the deposits. Should there be any situation which the client insists to cancel the delivery after we have made all the necessary arrangements, client’s deposits will be forfeited.
Client’s details such as full name as per passport and IC number OR passport number for delivery purpose, otherwise we are unable to proceed for the delivery.
