Refund and Returns Policy
All goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
A return and/or refund of the product are/is only allowed under the following circumstances:
Additional non-returnable items:
- The product is defective and/or damaged during delivery;
- The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged by our technicians.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The return and/or refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the order. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return and/or refund procedures are as follows:

- You are required to send the product to Zero Healthcare Pakistan according to the courier service we stipulate, and bear the shipping cost first.
- Please inform us the proof of delivery (consignment number) through Whats App.
- Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will process your refunds of the product cost and postage within 7 to 14 business days.
Note: Zero Healthcare Pakistan reserves the right to reject any inappropriate or unreasonable returns and/or refunds.
